Site Administrator controls the management of the entire system.
All the features and functionality of your new site is managed from the Site Admin control panel. Additionally, for client and document management, the Site Admin control panel has all the functionality of the customer service reps and agents control panel.
Choose the look and feel of your new site.
Site Administrator can select the look and feel of the agency by choosing from a wide variety of site designs. These designs are made to be used as they are, but they are easily modified and customized if you choose. Each design has numerous customization elements.
Choose the site components to show.
The Site Administrator can select which of the system's components you wish to show on your new site. For example, if you do not want to have agency news displayed, simply uncheck the agency news box in the control panel and the agency news component will not be shown. Same goes for the other dozen or so modules/components. You control your site 100%.
Automatically create meta tags for search engine placement.
Site is automatically set up with meta tags for the site description and keywords for all the sites' pages. The site administrator can edit or modify these if they wish. The meta tags will enable your agency to be picked up by the major search engines.

Site Administrator can choose which pages to show on your new site from the page library. The site comes ready to go with all content you will need. For example, we have 5 different home page content flavors to choose from.

The Agency News is great to keep your clients and prospects abreast of your agency and changes in the industry. No limits on the amount of news you can provide. Add, edit and delete news articles effortlessly.
Management of the forms library. Choose what gets displayed.
Site Administrator can choose to view an unlimited number of forms on your new site. Administrator can also easily edit the existing forms if needed. Quote Forms, Claim Forms, Policy Servicing Forms and Policy Renewal Questionnaires make up the form library. All forms have a terms and conditions agreement that must be checked prior to submission of a form.
Creation of new forms is a snap.
If you need a form that is not in the form library, either we will build it for you or you can create it yourself using your web based form generator. The form generator is simple to use and no experience is needed to create the same beautiful forms you have in the form library.
The Resources page area is totally customizable.
Site Administrator can edit the resources page by adding categories and articles, deleting categories and articles, changing the display order of the categories, etc. The resources can be both on-site articles or off-site links to other content. Site comes with a complete resource library to manage or add to.
Choose the policies you wish to market and sell online.
The Site Administrator can choose which types of coverages to show on their site from the coverage library or add their own coverages. As always, the Administrator can also edit the content to suit their taste if necessary.
Automatically send your clients Annual Policy Review Questionnaires.
Site Administrator can send out policy renewal questionnaires automatically to all clients with policy renewals coming up. This is a excellent way to perform an annual policy review for all renewing policies and ensure client renewals.
Importing of existing clients into the system.
Site Administrator can import client's data into the system in csv format. Clients can also self-register or be manually entered. We have a very simple utility that allows any csv formatted client list with up to 40 fields to be imported into the system. We can add more if necessary. Remember, this is YOUR system.

The site map for your new site keeps up with all your edits and changes and is always up to date. No intervention needed from the Administrator.
