Our system is meant to partner with your current workflow, allowing the convenience and the power of the Internet to work with you.

Your Customer Service Reps each have their own client control panel where they can communicate with and service their clients as well as cross market other products that your agency offers. The CSR admin panel is feature rich and designed to handle all your client's needs. The ability for your clients to communicate with your CSRs via your agency's web address will dramatically reduce the amount of incoming phone calls and free your CSR's time to be able to conduct more business more efficiently. The iagencies system coupled with a paperless office will greatly improve productivity and significantly reduce costs and overhead. We give you a plethora of pages to choose from, but if you have a special need that we didn't set up a page for, like maybe a company picnic announcement complete with a rsvp form, simply click on the 'add a custom page' button in your control panel and set the page up. Simple and Professional. Forms are integral to the system as well. We have a form library that covers most of the needs your clients will have as well as most types of insurance coverages. Again, for those special needs, we have a form generator that requires absolutely no design experience. All our forms were created using the exact same form creator we give to you on your site. No HTML or design experience is needed at all to edit existing forms in the library or create a new form for your agency. The flexibility and design of this system is pure genius.
